[Class 125 (i)] A non-refillable closure for a bottle is made of plastic material and comprises a flanged cup serving as a seat for a freely movable valve, a perforated disc and a cap having an integral perforated disc, a skirt portion surrounding the neck of the bottle and a shoulder, the flange of the cup and the disc being seated between the shoulder of the cap and the mouth of the bottle with the interposition of a packing washer. The cup 2 having a central hole 3 and a freely movable solid disc valve 6 rests by means of its flange 4 with the interposition of a packing washer 5 on the upper edge of the container 1. The cup 2 is surmounted by a perforated disc 10 having four holes 12 surrounding a central hole 11 and on its lower face four pointed projections 13, alternate with the holes 12, which prevent adherence of the disc 6. The cap or cover 8 having a shouldered portion 9 adapted to hold the disc 10 and flange 4 of the cup in position. is open at the top and has an upper section 8' of reduced diameter having near its middle height an integral partition 14 with four equidistant openings 15. The shoulder 9 engages a recess 17 in disc 10 by means of a projection 16 on its lower surface so that the openings 15 do not register vertically with the holes 12. The cap is secured to the neck of the bottle by means of an annular layer 21 of material such as sealing wax and has a thread on its surface to receive a threaded cap.
