581,665. Hydraulic machines. MESSIER AIRCRAFT EQUIPMENT, Ltd., and HADEKEL, R. Oct. 5, 1944, No. 19144: [Class 69 (ii)] A hydraulic jack &c. is in permanent communication with a choke or leak 3, being connected to a point between the leak and a valve 2 which leak and valve are arranged in series across the fluid pressure lines. The device shown comprises a pair of jack cylinders, the pistons of which operate a lever 6 acting on a rocker arm 4 to control an aircraft undercarriage. The valves 2 are actuated solenoidally to supply liquid to the cylinders selectively.
