[Class 131] In a dry shaver, which may be of the kind described in Specification 509,310, wherein an oscillating blade 26 with two cutting edges co-operates with fixed cutting edges 19, 21 formed by casing teeth 18, the device for oscillating the blade 26 comprises a motor-driven shaft 40 carrying a crank-pin 38 which engages a bore in a pin 32 rotatably and slidably mounted in a bore in the blade carrier 24. The latter is pressed against the casing by spring-pressed plungers.
