516,871. Steam turbines. KOHLER, G., and BRAGARD, T. July 5, 1938, No. 19909. [Class 110 (iii)] The low-pressure stages of turbines on shafts 2 are situated between single helical pinions gearing with wheels on a central shaft. The exhaust branches 4 are flexibly connected to the turbines and are rigidly connected to condensers 5. The condensers lie between the pinion casings and are supported by them at 9 and 11.
