Abstract

500,825. Non - refillable bottles. CORONADO, E. M. Dec. 3, 1937, No. 33569. [Class 125 (i)] A non-refillable bottle comprises two cooperating valve members of which one 14 is seated in a funnel-shaped member 9 perforated at 11. The stem 15 of the valve is preferably triangular in cross-section. The member 9 is fixed in a two-part casing 1, 21 secured together and held in a bottle neck by a split elastic ring 24. The upper part of the valve is partly spherical and supports a ball 16 which is guided in a casing 19 and allows the valve to lift only when inverted. Convenientty a lower valve 5 is guided by the lower end of the member 9 and seats on the lower end 4 of the casing 1.
