Abstract

455,524. Grease guns. THOMAS, E. M., Meatian, Victoria, Australia. July 3, 1935, No. 18968. [Class 102 (i)] A grease gun comprises a h.p. plunger 12, operated in barrel 6 by means of a bent handle 14, and a l.p. piston 19, which is connected by means of side rods 16 to a handle 17. The piston 19 operates in a reservoir 2 which supplies the barrel 6, and the latter discharges by a passage 7 to a nozzle 8 having a perforated washer 9. The reservoir 2 has end caps 4, 11, the former being integral with the barrel 6. The handle 17 may be acted on by a spring or springs connected to the reservoir 2.
