447,198. Fluid-pressure servomotorcontrol systems. REINEKE-REGLER VERTRIEBS-GES., 26, Castroper Strasse, Bochum, Germany. Nov. 13, 1934, No. 32680. Convention date, Nov. 14, 1933. [Class 135] In a regulator, a servomotor is controlled by a pilot valve 4 elastically connected at 1, preferably through a leaf spring 3, with a diaphragm or other element displaceable or deformable with variations in the condition (e.g. pressure) to be controlled, the pilot valve being formed with pistons 7, 8 controlling ports 9, 10 leading to the servomotor, which pistons are bevelled and have a width less than the width of the ports. With the pressure medium, e.g. oil, flowing from the inlet 6 to the outlet ports 9, 10, a slight movement of the valve 4 upward or downward causes the valve to oscillate energetically, improving the control. To ensure maintenance of the vibration, particularly for end positions of the servomotor, an auxiliary valve 13 may be attached to the valve 4 by a spring 3<1>. Valve 13 is similar to valve 4 except that the outlet ports 9<1>, 10<1> discharge into the open.
