471,320. Pressure-regulating valves. HORSTMANN, F. 0., HORSTMANN, P. F., HORSTMANN, J. H. G., and HORSTMANN GEAR CO., Ltd. April 29, 1937, No. 12231. [Class 135] A pressure-regulating valve actuated by out let pressure acting or a bellows, diaphragm or piston is provided with a piston valve member 3 working in a cylinder block 8 formed in the casing, said cylinder block being open at both ends to connect with communicating spaces 13, 14 above and below the block forming lubricant reservoirs. The outlet is fitted with a Venturi pipe 6 the throat of which is connected by a stand pipe 7 to the space below the actuating piston above the level of the lubricant. The lubricating spaces are connected by lateral passages and filling apertures closed by screwed plugs are arranged on each side of the casing.
