[Class 38 (ii)] [See also Group XXXVI] Tubular electric condensers are made by applying directly to the glass or ceramic dielectric a layer of adherent graphite and thereafter electroplating a metal on to the graphite layer. The graphite layer is preferably obtained by immersing the tube in a concentrated aqueous dispersion of colloidal graphite and subsequent baking.
