[Class 7 (ii).] In an overhead-valve cylinder head, shown in plan, in which inlet and exhaust passages 14, 11 are on opposite sides, two outlets 25 for the cooling water are arranged above the exhaust passage 11 ; one or more further outlets 26 may be provided. The top wall of the head may slope downwards slightly from the exhaust side to improve the circulation of the cooling water. The other cylinder details are described in Specification 394,800.
