Loud-speakers; diaphragms.- A loud-speaker of the largediaphram type is provided with a baffle telescopically related to the diaphragm in order to vary the strength of the lower frequencies. Thus the cylindrical extension 6 of the diaphragm 1, which may be flat or conical, contains a cylindrical extension 7 of the conical baffle 5; in a modification the baffle and diaphragm consist of two nested cones. Means, not shown, are provided for varying the relative positions of diaphragm and baffle.
