Abstract

305,673. Dalton, H. Feb. 10, 1928, [Convention date]. Stud and eye fastenings. -A collar or sleeve 7 is secured on a shaft or bolt 5 by a wire spring one limb 10 of which is seated in an external groove 8 on the collar &c., and the other limb 13 passes through a slot in the collar into engagement with a groove 6 in the shaft &c. Release is effected by pressing the projecting end 14 of the spring to move the limb 13 to the dotted line position shown.
