Creel arrangements. -A holder or stand for use in unwinding yarns comprises end discs 1, 11 having bosses 3, 10 between which the tube 4 of the cop 5 is supported, the discs 1, 11 being connected by a central spring 8. The disc 1 is concave on its outer face and is recessed at 2 to receive the tube 4. A flanged tube 6, formed with a hole for the hook 7 of the spring 8, is inserted through the boss 3 and serves as a support for the holder when mounted to turn on a projecting pin. disc 11 by a The spring 8 is secured to the top disc 11 by a hook 9 over a staple 12 in the boss 10.
