223,352. Parkinson, R. H. Aug. 16, 1923. No Patent granted (Sealing fee not paid). Kinematograph apparatus. - Kinematograph films and other belts or bands are fed to and from a receptacle having one or more compartments by means of sprocket wheels, one sprocket wheel being provided for each compartment and being engaged by the film both as it enters and as it leaves the compartment. As shown, the receptacle a is made of glass and is divided by partitions into three compartments. Sprockets d and pressure rollers are provided at the entrance to each compartment, the sprockets being mounted on a common shaft driven by bevel gearing e<1> - - e<4> and by a shaft f from the projector &c. The film passes from one compartment to the next, as shown.
