Abstract

Cylinders receiving liquid fuel. - Fuel drip from an injection orifice 2 is prevented by a flexible diaphragm 4 which is deformed by the pressure of the fuel during injection, and when the fuel pressure is relaxed exercises a pumping action on the fuel, to withdraw it from the injection orifice. Specification 162,523 is referred to.
