Abstract

195,154. Anderson, H. P. H. Dec. 22, 1921. Lever-actuated pumps.-In a double-acting pump the inlet and outlet valves 10, 11 respe-ctively, which are in the cylinder ends communicate with suction and delivery reservoirs 4, 4a formed by an outer tubular casing 2 and webs 3. To accommodate the valves, a double piston rod 13 is used, operated by a lever 27. In a modification the pivot 28 is adjustable by means of a screw to alter the stroke.
