179,018. Charlesworth Bodies, Ltd., and Critchard, O. J. March 1, 1921. Folding and collapsable seats.-A motor-vehicle seat of the type having a back-rest and rear legs independently pivoted to the seat and connected so that on turning the back down the rear legs are moved up, is supported at the front by a leg 3 pivoted to a plate 7 attached to floor boards 5 and has a back 9, with pivoted arm-rests 11, and rear legs 8 independently jointed to the seat. A lever 12, 12<a> pivoted to the seat has its ends connected to the arm rests and to a link 13 attached to the rear legs so that by folding the back 9 upon the seat the rear legs are drawn up.
