Abstract
155,542. F.I.A.T., Fabbrica Italiana Automobili Torino, Soc. Anon. Dec. 19, 1919, [Convention date]. Disk wheels consist of two sheet-metal plates, each stamped to form half of the felloe, spokes, and hub, welded at their abutting edges 1, 6, 4 in the plane of the wheel, and a separately-formed rim 7 brazed or welded to the periphery of the plates. The hub is reinforced by a filling of wood 9, and bushed holes 10 are provided for the attachment bolts. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 20126/08.
