154,289. Macdonald, D. B., and Densified Peat Fuel & Products, Ltd. Aug. 18, 1919. Composition fuel. -Composition fuel is composed of coal dust and peat, and is preferably made up in the form of briquettes. The peat (containing 80 to 90 per cent of water) and the coal dust (which may be lignite or brown coal) may be mixed in equal proportions. The peat may be reduced to a plastic mass or pulp, with or without hot or cold water, the powdered coal is mixed and worked with the mass in a pug-mill and the mixture formed into briquettes which are allowed to dry, or are dried in a current of warm air. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 2237/73, 654/75, 1806/89, 17154/90, 16027/02 and 122,214.
