Abstract

1402522 Electrical outlet units DORMAN SMITH BRITMAC Ltd 13 July 1972 [14 Sept 1971 12 Nov 1971] 42700/71 and 52613/71 Heading H2E A floor outlet box comprises a lid 59 with support flanges 60 pivotally connected by struts 63, 64 to frame 40 which is adjustable within a main box 11 by screws 48 to be flush with the floor covering. Box 11 is adjustable to screed level by screws 37 and has apertures 14, 15 for receiving wires connecting to power and telephone outlets 56, 57. The lid has a U-shaped handle 76, which when not in use lies against the top of the lid, and an aperture 71 above a cable holder 72 for the leads to telephones and other equipment. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 1,314,396.
