Abstract

1377405 Locks P A TERRY and R REYNOLDS 26 July 1973 [10 Aug 1972] 37376/72 Heading E2A A lock has lever-tumblers 15, 16 of different lengths so that they co-operate respectively with abutments 17 and 18 spaced along the bolt. This is to frustrate release by drilling. The ends of the tumblers may be serrated, as shown, and one of the tumblers may have a notched opening 20 to engage a projection 19 to hold the bolt in its withdrawn position.
