Abstract

1315769 Hand stamps T FUNAHASHI 18 Oct 1971 [21 Oct 1970] 48432/71 Heading B6D An endorsing hand stamp in which a porous stamping block 4, Fig. 1, associated with an ink storage block 5 is movable between a stamping and retracted position comprises a metallic frame 3 having upper and lower flanges 1, 1c clamping the blocks 4 and 5, as well as an inner frame 8 made of ink skin resisting plastics material, the depending flanges of the inner frame 8 sliding on the inner walls of depending flanges 11a, Fig. 2, of an outer frame 11, when a handle 12 is depressed. Inner frame 8 is provided with a tubular member 7 received slidably in a tubular position 10 of the outer frame 11 and interconnected frictionally with the handle 12 which is biased upwardly into the retracted position of the stamp block 4 by a coil spring 13. The tabular portion 7 serves also as an ink reservior for the ink storage block 5.
