1293644 Cartons BARFORD JOINERY MILLS Ltd 5 May 1971 [2 June 1970] 26504/70 Heading B8P A carton for holding tetrahedron-shaped packages is formed by folding a blank, and has a hexagonal horizontal cross-section, a base with the upper surface in the form of a truncated right regular hexagonal pyramid, an opening 14 in the base for a locating pin of a filling machine, and reinforcing ribs 13 extending from the corners of the base to the opening. The opening 14 may be hexagonal or circular. The cartons may slightly taper to facilitate stacking.
