Abstract
1,256,681. Cartons. PAIGE CO. CONTAINERS Inc. 14 Jan., 1970 [14 Jan., 1969], No. 1807/70. Heading B8P. A collapsible carton, formed from a unitary blank, Fig. 1, comprises four walls 12, 14, 16, 18 and a bottom. The bottom includes a first flap 32 hingedly attached to a first wall 14 and having a surface area coextensive with the bottom of the carton, a second flap 48 hingedly attached to a second wall 18, and third and fourth flaps 38, 40 of generally triangular shape hingedly attached to opposite side edges of the first flap 32 and to third and fourth walls 12, 16 respectively. Each flap 38 and 40 has fold lines 45 such that the second flaps 48 is trapped between the portions of the flaps 38, 40 on opposite sides of the fold lines 45 when the first flap 32 is forced into its bottom forming position.
