Bushes, bolt-hole.-In means for securing disks or plate-like members together, described particularly in connexion with wheel disks and hubflanges, the parts are provided with interfitting tubular bosses to receive, and form bearing-surfaces for, connecting-bolts and nuts. In the wheel shown in Fig. 1, the disk B is formed with bosses B<1> engaging the recessed hub-flange A, and with opposed bosses B<2> which may serve merely to take certain of the bolts F, or to engage a recessed detachable hub-flange G, Fig. 7, or, as shown in Fig. 3, the outer disks C of a twin wheel. Fig. 6 shows a twin wheel with laminated disks such as those described in Specification 113,815, [Class 144(i), Wheels &c.].
