1,192,996. Infra-red burners. CALORIC CORP. 9 April, 1968 [16 May, 1967], No. 17093/68. Heading F4T. A gas-burning infra-red generator includes a hollow casing providing a fuel chamber 14 to which gaseous fuel is delivered by a Venturi 16, the underside of chamber 14 being closed by a wall 18 carrying a number of burner units 20 each of which has a flat screen 26 with a cuplike portion 24 and a screen 28 closing the cup and a clamping plate 30.
