[Also in Division E2] A door panel assembly comprises a panel 4 and a member 1 of plastics material, member 1 being formed with non-circular bores 10 and 11, for rotating the member with a handle or key (not shown), an annular groove 7, for retaining the member after it has been snapped through an aperture 3 in the panel, a disc 2, which may be viewed through a window 9 in the panel for ascertaining whether or not a room behind the door is occupied, and a portion 8 for providing clearance between the disc and the panel. Bore 10 may be formed with axial grooves, with which splines formed on the shaft of a handle (not shown) may engage. Bore 11 may be of polygonal section.
