Abstract

1,145,532. Storage units. J. K. POWER. 8 Nov., 1967 [9 Aug., 1966], No. 25673/66. Heading B8P. [Also in Division A4] A storage unit comprises a casing 1, a drawer unit 9 slidable in the casing and inclined divergent ribs 10 and grooves 11 formed on the outside of the casing for interengagement with corresponding parts in similar casings to enable a number of the casings to be assembled to build up a nest of units. Projections 19 are provided on the bottom of the drawers for frictional engagement with the lower wall 4 of the casing to provide slight resistance to the withdrawal of the drawer. A slot is provided at the rear of the casing 1 for attachment to a vertical supporting surface.
