1,083,186. Heat-insulated pipes; supporting pipes. A. MEIER-SCHENK. Aug. 28, 1964 [Nov. 13, 1963], No. 21129/67. Divided out of 1,083,185. Heading F2P. A fluid-conducting conduit 1 is supported by a bushing 5, having radially-extending rods 4, coaxially within an outer tube 2 and the annular space therebetween is filled with foamed polyurethane resin 3, a separating agent 7 between the conduit and filling allowing relative axial movement, due to differential thermal expansion, between the conduit and tube. The agent 7 extends over the inner surface of the bushing, and the latter has a ribbed, corrugated or other roughened external surface.
