Abstract

104.124. Casablancas, F. Sept. 15. 1916. Addition to 14228/15. Rollers and roller heads. - In an arrangement of the kind described in the parent Specification, the lower endless belt is replaced by a fixed plate 24, Fig. 1, secured by screws 23. The upper belt is guided by an internal or an external roller, or by both, as described in the parent Specification, and such rollers 1, Fig. 3, are carried by adjustable supports 25 screwed into the plate 24. A double fork 27, Fig. 7, which grips the journals of the upper feeding-roller 20 and has prongs 28 embracing the belt 7, prevents lateral displacement of the belt.
