[Also in Divisions B1 and B3] In a pressure link consisting of flanged sections 1, 2 interconnected by U-section clamping rings 8 with the interposition of ring gaskets 3, the annular surfaces of the opposed flanges are relatively inclined so that the space between them decreases in the outward radial direction in order to present a wedge-shaped gasket portion to the pressure within the link thereby facilitating sealing.
