L’invention concerne un dispositif (1) pour l’atténuation d’une onde de gravité océanique, installé en milieu marin et comprenant,- au moins un organe mobile (6) en rotation autour d’un axe (A), apte à être déplacé en rotation et de façon alternative dans deux sens de rotation opposés, sous l’effet de ladite onde de gravité,- des moyens d’atténuation (20) aptes à freiner la rotation de l’organe mobile (6) autour de son axe (A),- au moins un organe poreux (16) située en aval dudit organe mobile (6) par rapport à la direction générale de propagation (D) de l’onde de gravité, ledit organe poreux (16) autorisant la circulation d’eau de mer au travers dudit organe poreux (16).
