Abstract
Hotte pour four de boulangerie, et four de boulangerie correspondant L’invention concerne une hotte (8) pour façade avant (4) de four, notamment pour façade avant de four de boulangerie, la façade avant (4) de four comportant au moins deux portes (6) disposées l’une par rapport à l’autre dans un plan sensiblement vertical, la hotte (8) comprenant au moins deux entrées (12), par exemple distinctes, pour permettre l’entrée d’un gaz dans la hotte, chaque entrée (12) de la hotte (8) étant destinée à être positionnée le long d’un bord extérieur d’une des portes (6), de manière à ce qu’au moins une entrée (12) de la hotte (8) soit positionnée le long d’un bord de chaque porte (6) de la façade avant (4) de four. L’invention concerne également une façade avant (4) pour four, ainsi qu’un four, notamment de boulangerie, comprenant une hotte (8) telle que décrite précédemment. Figure pour l’abrégé : Fig. 2
