Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un polymère de masse Mw inférieure à 300 000g/mol (notamment entre 1 000 et 300 000g/mol), comprenant une étape (E) de polymérisation radicalaire contrôlée où on met en contact dans un milieu aqueux où sont dispersés des micelles de tensioactifs : - des monomères hydrophiles éthyléniquement insaturés, présents en majorité au sein du milieu aqueux ; - des monomères hydrophobes partiellement hydrosolubles, éthyléniquement insaturés distincts des précédents, présents au moins en partie au sein des micelles de tensioactifs, et ayant une solubilité dans le milieu aqueux au moins égale à celle de l'acrylate d'hexyle ; - au moins un amorceur de polymérisation radicalaire ; et - au moins un agent de contrôle de polymérisation radicalaire.
