Abstract
Ce dispositif d'injection d'un additif liquide, comprend un réservoir d'additif (3) relié par un conduit d'additif (4) à un injecteur (5) placé dans le système d'échappement du véhicule concerné. Il est prévu, sur le conduit d'additif (4), une pompe volumétrique (6) aspirante et refoulante, comprenant un cylindre (7) et un piston (8) qui délimite dans le cylindre une chambre de mise en pression (11). Un actionneur électrique (9) est accouplé au piston (8) pour provoquer un recul avec aspiration de l'additif dans la chambre (11) depuis le réservoir (3) et une compression simultanée d'un ressort (10) agissant sur le piston. Grâce au ressort (10), l'avance du piston (8) avec refoulement de l'additif vers l'injecteur s'effectue sous pression contrôlée. Application à l'injection d'un mélange d'eau et d'urée, dans le cas de véhicules avec moteur utilisant le gasoil comme carburant.
