Abstract

Un démarreur (1) à engrènement constant pour un moteur est équipé d'un embrayage unidirectionnel (7). L'embrayage unidirectionnel permet à un arbre d'armature (14) d'un moteur électrique (2) installé dans le démarreur de tourner uniquement dans une direction normale et comprend des parties intérieure (34) et extérieure (36) d'embrayage et des rouleaux (37). La partie extérieure d'embrayage est disposée dans un agencement coaxial avec la partie intérieure d'embrayage et comporte des chambres de cames (35) en forme de coins où les rouleaux sont mobiles empêchant la partie intérieure d'embrayage de tourner lorsque le couple est transmis à l'embrayage unidirectionnel pour faire tourner l'arbre d'armature inversement à la direction normale. La partie intérieure d'embrayage est séparée de l'arbre d'armature leur permettant ainsi d'être en matériaux différents pour améliorer leurs propriétés mécaniques, telles qu'une résistance à l'abrasion et une solidité, et en assurant leur aptitude au formage.
