Claims (1)

REVENDICATIONS 1.) Procédé de fabrication d'objets portables en continu et/ou en ligne, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes - Extrusion de matière générant une plaque ; - Dépose d'éléments sécuritaires et/ou décoratifs ; - Découpe en ligne au format dudit objet portable. 2.) Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les éléments sécuritaires peuvent être un circuit électronique du type micromodule électronique ou puce électronique de fonctionnement à contact ou sans contact. 3.) Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que lors de l'étape de dépôt un élément sécuritaire est inséré dans la dite plaque par pression mécanique. 4.) Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le dépôt est réalisé en continu. 5.) Procédé de fabrication, selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce l'étape d'extrusion de ladite plaque est réalisée à une température permettant le ramollissement de la matière de ladite plaque pour activer une colle préalablement disposée sous ledit élément sécuritaire fixant physiquement et chimiquement ledit élément sécuritaire â la plaque. 6.) Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'étape d'extrusion de ladite plaque est réalisée à une température permettant le ramollissement pour ancrer mécaniquement et physiquement ledit élément sécuritaire. 7.) Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que suite à l'étape d'extrusion a lieu en ligne une étape de matriçage ou formage (19) de la plaque extrudée (20) avant l'étape de dépose de l'élément sécuritaire destinée à faciliter a posteriori les connexions entre l'élément sécuritaire, l'objet portable et un lecteur. 8.) Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les dits éléments sécuritaires sont déposés sur la dite plaque extrudée à un pas constant et réglable sans arrêt de la dite plaque. 9.) Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément sécuritaire est fixé à la dite plaque par des moyens mécaniques, physiques ou chimiques. 10.) Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments sécuritaires, une fois la géométrie de l'objet portable obtenue, peuvent être connecté par sérigraphie ou métallisation à des plages de connections. 11.) Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'étape de dépôt d'un élément sécuritaire en surface de la plaque en mode continu est réalisée sans création de cavité spécifique. 12.) Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 1 ou 7 caractérisé en ce que l'étape de formage (15) consiste à réaliser une cavité dans ladite plaque, cavité dans laquelle peut être déposée de la colle pour un report à posteriori dudit élément sécuritaire. 13.) Procédé de fabrication selon les revendications 1 ou 3 caractérisé en ce que l'étape de dépôt de l'élément sécuritaire est réalisée par une pression en continu, ceci afin de le positionner précisément et durablement. 14.) Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication I caractérisé en ce que les éléments sécuritaires ou décoratifs peuvent être un pavet sécuritaire, un pavet grattable, une piste magnétique déposée sur ladite plaque. 15.) Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le dépôt d'éléments décoratifs est réalisé à partir de toutes les techniques d'impression possibles sur la plaque en continu du type jet d'encre, laser, estampage, motif en relief, tampographie, sérigraphie, offset, Héliographie, flexographie. 16.) Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend à l'étape de découpe (12) une phase de repérage (10) au préalable de l'élément sécuritaire ou de décoration ou d'une marque générée dans la plaque lors de la dépose de ces dits éléments. 17.) Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que la dépose des éléments sécuritaires est assurée par une roue de dépose intermédiaire (25), qui présente deux avantages, de transformer une préhension des éléments sécuritaires issus d'une découpe alternative en un mouvement de dépose continu rotatif ou d'assurer un transfert d'un outil de découpe rotatif des éléments sécuritaires et ladite plaque. 18.)
