DESCRIPTION

The present invention is a type of windsurfing without fins possibly dispensing with the complementary drift
A windsurf board can not sail without exerting a backward force to control its pace, sufficient but without excess so as not to slow down its speed.
The fin satisfactorily fulfills this function as surrounded by a planing surface of sufficient proportion to its own.
This requires a small wind force to use a large surface fin and change it to a small one when the wind force becomes strong.
The choice of a good fin to use is not easy and can only be approximate, because the bursts and lulls of the wind mani -fest too much irregularities, and moreover, the change of pace mo -difie still this choice
The present invention, to remedy the problem previously explained, is characterized in that an accommodation controlled by one or two feet of the snowboarder generates a resultant of the anti-drift forces which evolves proportionally to the variations of the planing surfaces of the underside of the empennage and that of one of the windward wings so conforms to the capricious variations of the wind
It is conceived of a body of hydrodynamic form in the direction of its width, on which is connected in its rear part: above,. a pair of wings resembling those of a fighter plane, and below, a feather-shaped tail of fish

without the snowboarder for clarity
Its body (1) is in the sense of the width: hydrodynamic to face the waves with less resistance, and thinner (2) than that of a traditional windsurf board of identical length to slow down in the water by speeds corresponding to small time
Its body (1) is of smaller thickness (19) at the level of the encroachment (20) of the sail (21) to lower it, so with (22), the center of the sailing force (23) , which has the effect of increasing the distance (24) between the encroachment of the sail (20) and the center of gravity of the rider (25), also to increase (26) its power to the master the sail
The flotation of its wings (5 and 6), by a sufficient thickness
(53), compensates for the lack of floatation of the rear of the body (15) and the empennage (3 and 4)
The rear part of its body (15) replaces the efficiency of a complementary drift, necessary for navigation in small weather, because it delimits, on its right side and the left one, between the in-trados of a wing (16) and one of the attacking edges of the empennage (17), itti vertical plane sufficient surface (18) which further retains the pressure of the water by imprisonment between the intrados of a wing ( 16) and one of the upper surfaces of the empennage (37)
The choice of the shape of its wings (5 and 6) and its empennage (3 and 4), starting in minceur at the body ((7 and 8) and (9 and 10)) and widening progressively up to at their maximums almost at their rear ends ((11 and 12) as well as (13 and 14)), it characterizes it with a heel (45) a resultant of the anti-verve forces (43) (ie: F1 (40) + F2 (41) + F3 (42)) focusing favorably back (44)
Spoiled 280 (45) by one or two feet of the rider (46), one of the wings (5) diving into the water (47) separately (48) with the plen -gée of empennage (49), define a sufficient support width on the water (50) to the need of its transverse stability, and whose pressure (51) of one of the feet of the rider (46), engaged in one of the two rear footstraps ( 54), is approximately centered above (52)
The height position of the wingtips is determined (30), adjusted in spoiled position (45) by one or two feet of the rider (46), one of the wings (5) being moderately dipped in the water (47) and the empennage of at least half thereof (49), the addition of their anti-desirable forces (ie: F1 (40) + F2 (41)) manifests a resultant (43) estimated at the nearest the best of its effect
The height position of the wing ends being determined (30), it forces at their attack edges from there (11 and 12) to evolve along a curve (31) to end on the body there. suitably binding (7 and 8)
The lower surface of each of the wings (70 and 71) moves helically, from a downward inclination at the TT-9.10 cross section (72), rising progressively to be horizontal. at the level of section PP (73), and reach + 12.30 at section MM (74)
The helicoidal evolution of the lower surface of each wing (70 and 71) serves mainly to regulate the anti-drift force of the empennage which increases too much when the cottage exceeds the 280
The underside of each of the sides of the empennage (60 and 61) spirals helicoidally from a downwardly inclined tilt to the level of the TT section of - 180 (62) rising progressively to be at - 10.50 at the level of section PP (63) and reach the level of the section MM (64)
At section TT, by a box of 280 (45), the inclination of-180 (62) of the underside of each side of the empennage (60 and 61) locates the leading edge from the downwind side (65) to pass just or slightly above (66) a water level (67), is estimated correct navigation, in order to stabilize the attitude of the pro-type, and also has the advantage, by communicating with the underside of the empennage windward an angle plunging into the water of 460 (68) (ie: 280 + 180 = 460), to accentuate the anti-drift force (60 )
A hollow is located above it between the wings (32), the edges (33 and 34) of which run along the proximity of each wing attack edge (35 and 36).
This hollow sinks right and left of a slope (75) of 150 (76) allowing by moderate bending of 150 (77) of one or two feet (46), to accentuate the cottage side windward 150 more (78), that is 300 (79) instead of 15p (80), than if there was a dish (81) in its place, which is intended to ensure the result of the anti-drift forces (43)
Note that a dish (81) would not exceed 250 of gi -te because it is the limit of bending of one foot (82)
This hollow allows by moderate extension of 350 (83) of one or two feet (46), to lee side downwind of 150 less (84), ie 200 (85) instead of 350 ( 86), that if there was in its place a dish (81). However that seems enough to turn sharply by a slaughter
Eventually this house of 200 (85) can be increased by 100 by a maximum extension of one or two feet of 450 (87)
The edge of the sail can easily join (88) with the top of one of the wings located leeward side (6) which is raised by the cottage, thanks to their shapes
important recess between the rear ends of the wings (56 and 57) and amplitude (58) at the rear fixing of the last two footstraps (54 and 55), is the least between the rear end ends the empennage (59). It eliminates at the back of the wings an extra of their surfaces of intrados and at the back of the body an additional extension of its extension, estimated of consequence harmful to the performances of speed limits
The invention of this type of windsurfing is particularly intended to be able to greatly exceed the speed limit of a traditional windsurfing of the same category
