Abstract

Mechanical device with centralised control intended for ensuring the simultaneous locking of soil buffers placed in series for the protection of underground workings of great length, in which device hooks (6) placed in series are fixed to operating rods (7) guided by supporting bearings (8) fastened to the flanks of the workings and are anchored, simultaneously with the locking, on fastening points (5) formed on the buffers. The operating rods, permanently under the effect of return springs (11), are normally in the unlocking position, the centralised locking operation taking place by means of the reclosing of a particular buffer (1) (2) articulated on cranks (9) for the control of rotation which are located at the end of the rods.

Description

L'invention concerne un dispositif mécanique de verrouillage permettant d'étendre, aux trappes de grande longueur à fermeture par tampons multiples qui assurent la protection des ouvrages, techniques exploités par les services publics pour la distribution de réseaux cablés, un système de fermeture de sécurité initialement développé pour les trappes à obturation par tampon unique.
Les trappes sont normalement fermées par des tampons utilisés seuls ou en série venant en appuis sur un cadre scellé dans le génie civil de l'ouvrage. Réalisés en acier mécanosoudé ou en fonte, ces tampons sont librement amovibles, des formes particulières du cadre et leur poids propre garantissant leur maintien sur leurs appuis.
Livrés à l'origine avec les cadres d'appui par des constructeurs fondeurs ces tampons présentent selon leur origine des variantes dimensionnelles ou de forme mais ayant fait l'objet de fabrication en séries, ils ont pu être repertoriés et regroupés en fonction de leurs caractéristiques principales et moyennant Quelques variantes, un même système de sécurisation a pu leur être appliqué lorsqu'ils sont utilisés en solo.
Ce système de fermeture consiste dans l'adaptation sur le cadre demeurant en place, d'un tampon articulé à fermeture de sécurité et relevage compensé (1) venant se substituer au tampon d'origine, un faux cadre (2) fixé en partie arrière de l'ancien cadre lui servant de support d'articulation. La fermeture de sécurité est constitué par une serrure à refermeture automatique à commande depuis la surface, par un trappon du type bouche à clef (3) intégré dans le parement du tampon.
Le tampon articulé est équipé d'une sécurité interdisant sa refermeture accidentelle sur un intervenant ainsi que d'un bloqueur anti bruit, supprimant les jeux sur appuis.
Ce système de fermeture de sécurité pour ouvrage à tampon unique associé au dispositif mécanique décrit ci-après permet la mise en sécurité d'ouvrages à tampons multiples: dans ce cas, un des tampons d'extrémité est remplacé par un tampon articulé (9) les autres tampons demeurent d'origine, et le tampon articulé sert de commande au dispositif mécanique de verrouillage.

Des points d'accrochage (5. sont crées sur les tampons d'origine demeurants en place hors de l'emprise des nervures de renfort symétriquement car rapport au centre géométrique de surface du tampon de façon telle que ces points aient la même position par rapport au cadre quelques soient les interchangeabilités ou rotations ayant pu se produire lors des manipulations des tampons.
Les points d'accrochage sont constitués selon le 1er mode de réalisation fig. 1. 2. et 3 de vis épaulées (5) qui viennent se fixer dans des trous taraudés borgnes ménagés dans les zones libres de renforts du plafond des tampons. L'épaulement (54 ) sert à l'accrochage de crochets basculants entaillés (6) solidaires de deux tringles de manoeuvres (7).
Ces points d'accrochage sont constitués selon le 2ème mode de réalisation préférentiel fig. 4. 5. et 6 de robustes barreaux (5) portant une entaille horizontale (51) à leur extrémité pour permettre l'engagement de crochets basculants (6) solidaires de deux tringles de manoeuvre (7) les dits barreaux étant soudés au droit des points définis pour l'accrochage sur le plafond des tampons.Les tringles pivotent dans des paliers consoles (8) fixés par chevilles de scellement sur les flancs du géniçe civil le long de l'ouvrage en sous-face.Ces tringles de manoeuvre pivotent dans des paliers consoles (8) fixés par chevilles de scellement sur les flancs du génie civil d'ouvrage en sous face immédiate des tampons à mettre en sécurité sur la longueur de l'ouvrage; elles portent à leur extremité libre sous l'abattant du tampon articulé (1) un maneton de commande (9) du mouvement de rotation et d'activation du dispositif de verrouillage.Deux bossages (10) pouvant servir de guide d'un dispositif anti bruit, auxiliaires par doigts d'indexage, situés en sous-face du bord d'attaque du tampon articulé (1) sont utilisés pour activer par pression à la refermeture les manetons (9) de commande des tringles (7) provoquant ainsi 1' enclenchement simultané de tous les crochets de verrouillage (6) sur les points d'accrochage (5) des tampons.
A contrario, à l'ouverture du tampon articulé (1), la contrainte mécanique sur les manetons de manoeuvre (9) disparaissant, les tringles d'accrochage (7) en permanence sous l'effet de ressorts de rappel (11), reviennent en appui sur des butées (4), libèrant les tampons de l'emprise des crochets (5).
Dans la variante préférentielle afin de réduire la gêne qu'occasionnent des crochets (6) ouvrants vers l'intérieur pour accéder à l'ouvrage les crochets (6) sont verrouillants vers l'intérieur de l'ouvrage et ouvrants sous l'effet des ressorts (11) vers les flancs du génie civil.
Dans ce cas les crochets devant débattre en dessous des nervures latérales des tampons, les ceints ce retenue ne sont plus protégés c'est pcuquoi ils sont dans ce mode de rélisation consitués par de robustes barreaux entaillés (5) soudés au plafond des tampons et dont les talons dépassant le niveau des nervures servent d'appuis auxiliaire lecrs des manipulation.
