Abstract

The invention relates to a portable device enabling the operator, without the risk of falling, to wash flat surfaces manually and continuously. It consists of a container (2) holding a washing product and of a telescopic handle which is connected via a hose (5) to the container. A lever (1) actuates a pneumatic pump (8) permitting the pressurisation of the container, which pump is controlled by a needle valve actuated by a trigger (4) which is fixed to the telescopic handle, this permitting obstruction of the orifice for the inlet of the product into this handle. In order to allow height adjustment, the handle consists of two tubes, one sliding in the other, and fitted with a locking ring. Another ring permits rapid connection and disconnection of various cleaning tools. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for washing windows.
