Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour la détermination non destructive de l'indice d'anisotropie de bandes de tôle fine laminées à froid et ayant subi un recuit de recristallisation, par la mesure de la texture cristalline au moyen de rayons Röntgen. Les bandes sont irradiées, les rayons diffractés par les réseaux cristallins sont détectés, les quanta détectés sont convertis en impulsions de tension discriminées dans un analyseur selon leur amplitude. Les maxima de la distribution de fréquence sont rapportés à des reflets de diffraction déterminés dont l'intensité est mesurée pour une valeur constante des angles de latitude et d'azimut.
