Un appareil pour fixer des boulons 46 dans une roche comprend une perforatrice, une machine à serrer les boulons, et un magasin à boulons. Des plaques 55 pour les boulons sont empilées dans un magasin séparé du magasin à boulons et situé à l'extrémité antérieure de ce magasin. Les plaques servent à centrer les boulons par rapport aux trous forés.
