Abstract

Ce dispositif permet le lancement du moteur avec un mélange pauvre, en vue de réduire la pollution au lancement et en marche à froid. Il comprend un collecteur d'admission auxiliaire 40 qui débouche par des conduits 42 dans les conduits d'admission 24 du collecteur principal 22, un conduit auxiliaire 38 reliant le collecteur 40 au carburateur 10 et étant réchauffé par une résistance électrique qui est mise en circuit pendant environ 40 s à partir du démarrage, un papillon 36 qui fait passer uniquement dans le conduit auxiliaire 38 le mélange débité par le carburateur dans sa position de ralenti ; le dispositif est complété par un réchauffeur d'admission 25 alimenté par les gaz d'échappement.
