Abstract

Procédé d'assemblage de deux pièces métalliques et notamment de pièces tubulaires. On usine l'extrémité de la pièce A réalisée en métal dur pour dégager une longueur d'assemblage C de diamètre réduit, on usine la surface de raccordement entre la partie C et la partie correspondante de la pièce A de telle façon que la surface de raccordement T soit constituée par deux surfaces coniques d'angle au sommet alpha et raccordées par un congé T. Ensuite, on chauffe les deux pieces et on soumet les deux pièces à l'action d'une presse pour obtenir la pénétration du bout de la pièce B dans la gorge O de la pièce A. Application à la réalisation d'assemblages de deux tubes devant présenter un coefficient de fuite très faible, par exemple dans l'industrie du vide.
