Abstract

L'invention concerne la préparation d'une solution d'un polymère dans un solvant de type hydrocarbyle. Un polymère est séparé d'une dispersion de ses particules de petit diamètre dans un milieu aqueux, un solvant hydrocarbylique est ajouté au polymère séparé et le mélange est transféré dans un groupe de dissolution où il est agité pour dissoudre le polymère. Les solutions de polymères ainsi obtenues peuvent être utilisées pour produire un latex, une composition de calfeutrage ou d'étanchéité ou en vue d'une modification chimique.
