Abstract

L'invention concerne les dispositifs d'émission de rayonnement laser. La cavité laser 20 est montée sur un substrat 10 et comporte une couche active 20c, deux faces parallèles à celle-ci 20a et 20b portant les électrodes d'excitation et une face 21 formant miroir. Le rayonnement émis par la couche 20c frappe une lentille cylindrique 22 puis pénètre dans le guide d'onde 24 qui se termine par une grille périodique 10b. Cete grille renvoie une partie du rayonnement vers la cavité 20 et en réfléchit une autre partie vers l'extérieur dans une direction formant un angle theta avec la direction d'origine. Application notamment à fabrication de réseaux matriciels de laser.
