Abstract
Alliage contenant de l'aluminium, pour la galvanisation d'aciers, y compris aciers avec silicium. L'alliage comprend, outre du zinc de pureté commerciale et du plomb à une teneur de l'ordre de 0,1 à 1,5 %, 100 à 5 000 p.p.m d'Al et 10 à 1 000 p.p.m. de Mg et/ou 50 à 20 000 p.p.m de Sn. Le mode opératoire, comme le montre le diagramme annexé, comporte en plus des opérations classiques de égraissage, décapage, à HCI avec un inhibiteur de corrosion, fluxage et galvanisation proprement dite, un décapage dans HCI sans inhibiteur. Les recouvrements sont d'aspect et d'épaisseur classiques, et le processus opératoire est sensiblement le même pour des aciers contenant de moins de 0,01 à plus 0,2 % de Si. Application à la galvanisation au trempé, notamment à façon.
