Abstract

Procédé et dispositif de précalcination de matières pulvérulentes avant cuisson, dans un préchauffeur à plusieurs étages de cyclones et avec foyer auxiliaire. On utilise, dans un échangeur, une partie des gaz de sortie d'un cyclone chaud pour rechauffer l'air de combustion du foyer auxiliaire. Les gaz refroidis dans l'échangeur sont mélanges aux gaz de sortie d'un cyclone froid. L'invention s'applique à la fabrication du ciment par voie sèche.
