Abstract

The prefabricated insulating wall blocks have a semi-resistant insulating foam such as polyurethane and a steel frame. The two elements are rigidly joined together either by injection or by glueing. The blocks are fire-resistant, water-and-rust-proof. External blocks can be equipped with the means for attaching an outer coating and the internal blocks can be provided with a finish during the manufacturing process. A wall made of these blocks is sufficiently strong to resist wind-loading and support the roof loading without the need for any further reinforcement.
