Abstract
The system allows the formation on any supporting surface of patterns of various colours and/or materials. Fibres, particles or powders of different materials and/or colour are deposited either by passing them through a screen (1) reproducing the total pattern desired, or one or more partial screens with perforations reproducing the pattern corresponding to one of the colours or materials only. They are then fixed in place by the effect of an electrostatic field on a support (4) covered partly or entirely with a coating of adhesive material.
